Mindful Writing: Maximize Your Creativity by Being a Pooh

Do you procrastinate? Space out while writing? Suffer writer’s block? The antidote to mindless writing is mindful concentration, like what Winnie does when he eats honey. Attentional techniques, such as visualization and meditation, can help writers increase focus, declutter thinking, and jumpstart creativity. During this “minds-on” workshop, attendees will identify the red-flags of mindless writing, practice concentration methods, learn how to stay in the writing zone, and mindfully maximize their creativity.
