2009 Registration Prices

 

The full registration rate (your best deal) includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday conference sessions, the first-ever Writer’s Digest Poetry Slam and “The Editor Will See You Now,” a one-on-one critique of your work with a Writer’s Digest Editor.

Regular Full Registration: $395


Association/Group Rate: $345
(Group rates are extended to members of partnering organizations and require a group code. Contact us for more information.)
 

Student Rate: $275
(Students must show their student ID and proof of 12 current credit hours to qualify.)


Single-day registrations allow you to fit Writer's Digest Conference into your busy schedule.

Friday-Only Registration: $99
Includes Friday’s sessions, plus participation in the first-ever Writer’s Digest Poetry Slam.
 

Saturday-Only Registration: $209
Includes our biggest line-up of sessions on Saturday, plus participation in “The Editor Will See You Now,” a one-on-one critique of your work with a Writer’s Digest Editor.
 

Sunday-Only Registration: $159
Includes Sunday’s sessions, plus participation in “The Editor Will See You Now,” a one-on-one critique of your work with a Writer’s Digest Editor.
 

Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us in writing by September 1, 2009. Your registration fee will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be made after this date. Substitutions may be made by fax (513-531-0798) or by email (writersdigestconference@fwmedia.com) until September 1, 2009. After this date, all substitutions must be made on-site.

Confirmation

If you registered online, you will receive confirmation of your registration via email. You can pick up your badge and session material when you check in at the start of the event.

Special Needs     

We make sure our facility has total accessibility, and we do whatever is needed to make attending the Conference as convenient as possible for all attendees. If you have a special need, please contact us toll-free at 877-436-7764 option 3 or writersdigestconference@fwmedia.com after you have registered, and we’ll make special arrangements, if necessary.
